AI Healthcare Chatbot

Overview

Halal Health is a niche start-up that provides healthcare services, products and information to their user community. My task was to create a conversational AI Chatbot to assit users with common questions and concerns and to direct users to key areas of the experience. The chatbot is based on the Elfsight AI bot. I integrated the bot, and provided custom branding and training. Training consisted of developing conversational data including key sample FAQ question/answer pairs. Coaching guides, supplement information and blog articles are also being developed and will be uploaded for deeper training. The chatbot assists users with such tasks as health coaching sign-ups, site navigation, and common wellness questions. In this project I successfully wrote training data, implemented the bot and monitored outcomes.

Project Outcomes

The chatbot was successfully trained and deployed, serving as a conversational navigation tool — directing users to book services, explore the blog, and review products. This reduced customer service calls and increased engagement.
